Policies

To ensure every guest receives a calm, personalized experience and dedicated appointment time, the following policies help keep scheduling smooth, respectful, and consistent for everyone. Thank you for taking a moment to review them before your visit.

Booking & Deposits
Select services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 24 hours’ notice is given to reschedule. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved appointment time. I understand that true emergencies can happen and always strive to be understanding when they do.

Late Arrivals
To provide each guest with a relaxed and unhurried experience, appointments are scheduled with dedicated time. If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted or shortened to stay on schedule. In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply. If you believe you may be running late, please reach out as soon as possible and I will always do my best to accommodate when possible.

Adjustments
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you feel your hair needs a small adjustment after your appointment, please contact me within 7 days so I can make it right. Adjustments are intended to refine the original service discussed during your consultation. Requests for changes that differ from the original plan or involve a new service may require additional time and cost.
